    In result of UV radiation and daily temperature fluctuations the roof’s covering tends to age and unseal, and consequently, water and humidity may enter the thermal insulation and the interior of the building itself. This entails the necessity of roof replacement or renovation.

    COOL-R coatings have both high emissivity and high reflectiveness.

    The first one is responsible for the ability to release absorbed heat. Reflectiveness, on the other hand, allows to reflect thermal radiation.

    Owing to these two features, COOL-R is able to reduce roof temperature by as much as 70%, reducing the temperature on the inside of the building at the same time. COOL-R:

    Lowers the temperature inside the building by as much as 10⁰C

    Reduces annual cost of AC system by as much as 25%

    Lowers roof temperature by as much as 70%

    Increases the efficiency of refrigerating units located on the roof by as much as 90%

    Seamless, leakproof COOL-R coating

    COOL-R systems are liquid waterproofing membranes which, due to their high reflectiveness and high insulating parameters, extend roof life and eliminate the necessity of expensive reroofing. The membrane is applied on existing roof covering and closing the object is not necessary.

    COOL-R:

    Extends roof life by as much as 25 years (ETAG 005)

    Eliminates all leaks in roof covering

    High elasticity (up to 450%) lets the hydroinsulation stay intact even in changing weather conditions

    It stays durable in all seasons due to resistance at the temperature range of: -35 ºC - +80 ºC

    Has fire classification Broof (t1) – does not spread fire
